Wakana Gojo is a high school boy who aspires to become a “kashira-shi” (a head craftsman who makes the faces of hina dolls). Although he’s serious and dedicated to making hina dolls, he is unfamiliar with the trends of his generation, and has a hard time fitting in with his class. For him, the popular Marin Kitagawa, who is always at the center of the class circle, seems to live in a different world. One day, however, he unexpectedly ends up sharing a secret with Marin.

Their worlds, which were never meant to cross, begin to come together!

This young love story takes place in Iwatsuki Ward, Saitama City, known as “Doll Town” for its many doll stores specializing in hina dolls, and in Ikebukuro, Toshima Ward, a sacred place for cosplay fashion.
