Anime Tourism Survey: Notice about the Lottery

The winner of the first prize, 100,000 yen of e-money in total, was the person with this number.

We are very grateful to many anime fans around the world who applied for the “Anime Tourism Survey” from June 1 to September 22, 2019 so as to select “Japanese Anime 88-Spots (2020 Edition).” Thanks to your passionate support, we received 80,000 votes, more than double the number last year.

In this “Anime Tourism Survey,” we would like to offer, by lottery, a prize of e-money or the like which can be used in Japan to those who participated in the event, as an “Anime spot visiting support campaign,” so as to support anime fans who visit anime spots in Japan.

This time, at the “Fudasho Stop 1” in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, the lottery was organized by our association’s Managing Director Suzuki and Secretary Teraya and some other members of the association.

The lottery was set up in the following manner: each of those who voted was given a 5-digit serial number, a plurality of slips each with a number from 0 to 9 were put into a poll box, a 5-digit number was decided by the lottery manager drawing these slips until 5 digits were drawn, and if the 5-digit number matched any of the participants’ numbers, he/she was a winner.

We would like to send a notification to the prize winner by e-mail to the winner’s registered e-mail address. The mail will be delivered by December 25, 2019, so please look forward to it.

We will also offer presents that anime fans would like for next year’s “Anime Spots WEB Poll,” so please participate in next year’s poll too if you can.
